Chairman Xu Niansha and president Zhang Zhengao met with Han Xianping, director of SASAC of Guizhou province in Beijing on Dec.12, 2014. Both sides made exchanges on strengthening mutual cooperation.

Chairman Xu pointed out that the restructuring of Poly and JiuLian had been fundamentally accomplished. It was time for the next step to promote M&A in the industry, to speed up the “go globally” strategy and reinforce the cooperation with international advanced enterprises to build a “the best in China and the best in the world ” civil explosives conglomerate.

Director Han also wished that Poly Group could continue to take part in the reform of Guizhou SOEs and Guizhou government would provide unflagging support to Poly.
